“New year, new life!” This is the sentence that haunts us whenever a new year begins, often without us really knowing why.

It’s as if the 365 days that are behind us require a transformation, a turning point. We often think about that because everyone around us seems to be doing the same.

Influenced by the famous “herd effect”, motivated by everyone around us, we begin to conjure up plans, to create lists of goals that, deep down, we’ve wanted to achieve for a long time, but never had the motivation or strategy to fulfil them.
