Costa Verde is a sponsor for the 2024’s edition of Vagos Sensation Gourmet, under the slogan “Express Yourself”.
Praia da Vagueira will once again be the venue for Vagos Sensation Gourmet’s 9th edition, this year in double dose. The weekends of June 28th, 29th and 30th and July 5th, 6th and 7th will be days of intense programming, with cuisine and culture as the motto. The event will host numerous Michelin stars as well as emerging names in national and international cuisine, bringing together more than 50 chefs and establishing itself as the only national cuisine festival of this format and size. During these six days, apart from show cooking events, talks and debates, a good dose of musical entertainment is also guaranteed.
Names such as Telma Shiraishi, founder of Aizomê in São Paulo, Brazil; Victor Gutiérrez, from Taller Arzuaga in Salamanca, Spain; Michel van der Kroft, from ‘t Nonnetje in the Netherlands; Diogo Rocha from Mesa de Lemos in Viseu and António Loureiro from A Cozinha in Guimarães will be present at this cuisine festival, as well as some of the Michelin-starred chefs and local chefs, aiming to reinforce the roots under a strong cultural expression, in an initiative led by Chef Tony Martins, Chef of the Year 2020, and his excellent team.
Costa Verde is, once again, associated with this event, which this year is an integral part of the “Aveiro, Portuguese Capital of Culture” programme.
