The change to this paradigm has led to practices’ standardization in the company, time and costs’ reduction and process optimization.
Since 2007, Costa Verde has been governed by the Kaizen System. In this context, it has restructured and optimized jobs, aiming to promote productivity and product’s lead time, and increasing the necessary flexibility to meet market demands.
More recently, it has been involved in an innovative project, by Critical Manufacturing, which aims to read, in real-time, the data generated by the intelligent equipment of the various machines. This innovation has led the company into a greater operational efficiency.
