Portuguese gastronomy has once again stood out on the international stage with the awarding of eight new Michelin stars to restaurants in Portugal.
Among the awardees, Marlene Vieira stands out, receiving her first star with the restaurant Marlene, making history as the first Portuguese woman in the Michelin Guide. There are now 38 restaurants with one star and 8 with two across the country.
This international recognition is a source of pride for Portugal and a strong incentive for the continued evolution of national gastronomy, earning more distinctions and placing the country at the forefront of the global culinary scene.
