Costa Verde has rewarded its employees with a sum close to 100,000 euros.
Costa Verde has just rewarded its employees, thus reflecting the results of its operation in 2023, in recognition of the effort, dedication and professionalism shown after a pandemic period, which proved to be traumatic and therefore quite difficult for the company, thus forcing it into periods of layoff, given the company’s strong bounds to the horeca sector.
With an investment value very close to 100,000 euros, Costa Verde, which saw its turnover grow by more than 12% in 2023, totalling a record figure of more than 17.5 million euros, has decided to distribute a performance bonus to its employees. Aware of the difficulties that families have been experiencing and the impact on family budgets of the increase in mortgage interest rates, the company wanted to help alleviate this pressure and distribute some of the profits made last year to everyone.
This award is in addition to other benefits that the company offers its employees, such as medical, nursing and psychological services, fitness classes and the various partnerships established with local agents.
