Costa Verde once again teamed up with Gala Vaga d’Ouro, reaffirming its support for this event that celebrates standout companies, institutions, and individuals in the municipality of Vagos.
After a hiatus of several years due to the pandemic and the post-pandemic period, the Gala made a comeback—offering not only a celebration of local talent and energy, but also the chance to finally present previously postponed awards. Among them was the Social Impact Award granted to Costa Verde, originally awarded in 2020 but delayed due to the event’s cancellation that year.
This award recognises the Costa Verde Solidária initiative, which in 2019 organised a special campaign to support survivors of Cyclone Idai in Mozambique—a disaster that caused widespread destruction and left thousands of people in vulnerable situations.
With this recognition, Costa Verde reaffirms its strong commitment to social responsibility and solidarity, values that continue to guide the brand both within Portugal and internationally.
