Sóce restaurant, in Setúbal, hosted the second edition of the gastronomic event Peixe & Corte, under the direction of chef Mauro Loureiro. The dinner brought together chefs Vasco Coelho Santos and Nicu Iastremschii in a concept centered on the appreciation of swordfish caught off the coast of Sesimbra, including a live breakdown that gave rise to a menu created in real time.
The event highlighted sustainability, the full use of the product, and the connection between gastronomy and wine, with pairings from Quinta do Vallado. The experience also featured the participation of students from the Setúbal School of Hospitality and Tourism, as well as the collaboration of Costa Verde, whose tableware played a decisive role in the presentation and aesthetic elevation of the dishes.
