Costa Verde was present as a partner at the prestigious Congresso de Cozinha 2025, which took place on October 5th and 6th, at Oeiras Palace’s Gardens. This event, which brought together leading professionals from the worlds of gastronomy and health, was a unique opportunity to promote innovation, sustainability and creativity in the restaurant sector.

Under the motto “One Health”, the Congress was held for the first time in its history at the historic Oeiras Palace. Over two days, the event offered participants unique experiences, with the presence of major players in the catering and health sectors, including renowned chefs, prominent pastry chefs, naturopaths, herbalists and specialists in various areas, related to well-being and healthy eating.

The inaugural session was led by Paulo Carvalho, from Vivid Farms, who presented his Masterclass on Regenerative Agriculture. The closing of the Congress featured Pablo Jesús Rivero, chef at the renowned Don Julio restaurant in Buenos Aires, who provided a memorable and inspiring gastronomic moment for all those present.

Costa Verde was represented with a stand, where it exhibited its latest collections, highlighting the Onda collections, with their colour variations – Cream and Blue, the new pieces from the Terra line, and the latest Moods collection, with the Misty and Cloudy models. The stand not only allowed visitors to see the quality and innovation of the brand up close, but also reinforced Costa Verde’s position as a benchmark in the hotel and restaurant market.
