Costa Verde was invited to the most recent masterclass of O Gerente platform, which theme was about ‘Food Design, Food Styling and the Essential Role of the Plate in Plating and Visual Presentation of Food!’

For around 2 and a half hours, Paulo Pinto Santos, Marketing Director, had the opportunity to address topics such as the concept and fundamentals of food design and food styling, the psychology of plate design and sensory experience, the principles of food styling as essential visual elements for plating, the importance of the plate as part of the restaurant’s visual identity, contemporary innovations and trends across food design and food styling and food design as a central element across gastronomic experience.
