A group of secondary school students from Colégio Nossa Senhora da Apresentação, in Calvão, recently carried out a study visit to Costa Verde. The initiative was part of their Economics classes, providing the students with practical experience and a direct insight into the operations of local industry.
The teacher in charge highlighted the importance of closely observing the production processes, company management, internationalization process, and marketing strategy, thus complementing the theoretical learning in the classroom.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore the different production stages at Costa Verde and gain a better understanding of the dynamics of an industrial sector company, strengthening the connection between the school and the local business community. Costa Verde maintains a close relationship with educational institutions, partnering with the main Portuguese universities to carry out research projects in various areas.
