The interview also addresses areas such as the circular economy, resource efficiency and the development of new production processes.<\/p><p>Sustainability is also highlighted as a strategic dimension of Costa Verde, with references to investment in renewable energy, continuous process improvement and the company\u2019s Integrated Management System.<\/p><p>Miguel Sind\u00e3o das Neves also discusses digital transformation and Industry 5.0, highlighting the implementation of new tools for production management and monitoring, while emphasising that technology must serve people and industrial expertise.<\/p><p>The interview comes at a new stage in Costa Verde\u2019s history, marked by its integration with Ceramirupe, supported by Vallis Capital Partners, and the ambition to strengthen the group\u2019s industrial capabilities, innovation and international presence.<\/p><p>Looking to the future, he expresses confidence in the Portuguese ceramics industry:<\/p><p>\u201cI firmly believe in the future of our ceramics industry.
