The dinner brought together chefs <strong>Vasco Coelho Santos<\/strong> and <strong>Nicu Iastremschii<\/strong> in a concept centered on the appreciation of swordfish caught off the coast of Sesimbra, including a live breakdown that gave rise to a menu created in real time.<\/p><p data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"873\">The event highlighted sustainability, the full use of the product, and the connection between gastronomy and wine, with pairings from <strong>Quinta do Vallado<\/strong>.
