Costa Verde, one of the most modern porcelain manufacturers in the world, has invested in human and organisational development, through its Leadership and Motivation Plan (LMP), implemented in partnership with Seal Human Company and the DISC methodology.<\/p>

According to Miguel Neves, the company’s administrator, the initiative seeks to improve communication, talent retention and the balance between professional and personal life, while preparing leaders to face challenges such as sustainability, digital transformation and multiculturalism in the labour market.<\/p>

Since 2023, LMP has contributed to a more assertive and efficient leadership, while strengthening team spirit and the company’s strategic goals. With more than 350 employees of 10 nationalities, Costa Verde sees the humanisation of relationships as an essential pillar for competitiveness and sustainable growth. DISC methodology, while identifying behavioural profiles, has facilitated internal communication and team alignment.<\/p>

Founded in 1992 and with a strong international presence across more than 50 locations, Costa Verde reaffirms its position as a benchmark in the porcelain sector, by integrating innovation, human capital and sustainability into its strategy.<\/p>
