She also used a sheet of rose kombucha gel, rosehip and raspberry, accompanied by dark hazelnut chocolate brittle and light chocolate tuile.<\/p><p>2024 ended on a high note for chef Camilla Jesholt Buffatti, who once again saw her value being recognised by also winning the Chef VIC Competition, in direct competition with the Gordon Ramsay Group&#8217;s Head Chef.<\/p><p>For the time being, Terra collection will be the one used at SilikomArt and Hangar78 International School \/ Food &amp; Pastry Innovation Lab.<\/p><p><strong>About Terra collection: <\/strong><\/p><p>Like a work of art carved out of the earth, the pieces in the collection reveal themselves in a beautiful and imperfect way.
