A reconhecida chef Camilla Jesholt Buffatti, Pastry & Dessert Designer<\/em>, venceu a \u00faltima edi\u00e7\u00e3o da competi\u00e7\u00e3o internacional Best Christmas Plate<\/em>, uma iniciativa da Culinary Passions<\/em> e do Chef Richard Knott.<\/p>

A pe\u00e7a escolhida foi o Prato Redondo 30h5cm<\/a> da cole\u00e7\u00e3o Terra<\/a>, numa produ\u00e7\u00e3o e apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o que, segundo as palavras da chef Camilla Jesholt Buffatti, representam \u201cUma viagem sensorial que evoca as \u00faltimas folhas que caem, dissolvendo-se no vento invernal, enquanto o vermelho vibrante acrescenta calor \u00e0 atmosfera das festas\u201d.<\/p>

A sobremesa vencedora \u00e9 um mousse de chocolate negro e creme de baunilha bourbon, gelado de framboesa e rosa. Utilizou ainda uma folha de gel de kombucha de rosa, rosa mosqueta e framboesa, acompanhada de chocolate negro de avel\u00e3 quebradi\u00e7o e tuile de chocolate light.<\/p>

2024 terminou da melhor forma para a chef Camilla Jesholt Buffatt , que viu, uma vez mais, o seu valor reconhecido ao vencer tamb\u00e9m a competi\u00e7\u00e3o Chef VIC Competition<\/em>, numa competi\u00e7\u00e3o direta com o Head Chef<\/em> do Gordon Ramsay Group.<\/p>

De futuro a cole\u00e7\u00e3o Terra ser\u00e1 a linha utilizada na SilikomArt e Hangar78 International School \/ Food & Pastry Innovation Lab<\/em>.<\/p>
