The first stage, held on April 10th at the <strong>School of Hotel Management and Tourism of Porto<\/strong>, saw <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jo%C3%A3o-costa-a26150b4\/?originalSubdomain=pt\">Jo\u00e3o Costa<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.euskaldunastudio.pt\/\">Euskalduna Studio, Porto<\/a>)<\/strong> emerge victorious. Jo\u00e3o Costa had previously won the Makro Kitchen category of Young Gastronomy Talent in 2015, as well as the JTG &#8216;Modernity and Tradition&#8217; prize in 2018.<\/p><p>With the completion of the first two stages of Portugal&#8217;s oldest national cooking competition for professionals, it&#8217;s now the turn of the <strong>School of Hotel Management and Tourism of Portim\u00e3o<\/strong> to host the southern stage of the 2024 edition, scheduled for April 23rd.<\/p><p>Costa Verde extends congratulations for the dedication, commitment, and excellent work done so far, wishing everyone
