Este concurso distingue e valoriza o talento dos profissionais de cozinha. Com um digno passado hist\u00f3rico, esta competi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o culminar do melhor que se faz no nosso pa\u00eds, na \u00e1rea da cozinha sempre com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos portugueses em mente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A Costa Verde, como importante parceiro e fornecedor do mercado HoReCa associa-se h\u00e1 muitos anos a esta competi\u00e7\u00e3o que homenageia o que de melhor se faz na cozinha e na gastronomia em Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>A Costa Verde pertence ainda ao Clube Chefe do Ano, o Clube de Participantes no Concurso, que desde a sua primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, em 1990, tem como intuito dar um novo impulso na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da profiss\u00e3o de cozinheiro e contribuir para a dignifica\u00e7\u00e3o da cozinha portuguesa.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Pertencem a este clube &nbsp;todos os concorrentes apurados para a final, elementos do j\u00fari, parceiros institucionais, patrocinadores e membros honor\u00e1rios, nacionais ou internacionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A Costa Verde deseja as maiores felicidades aos 18 finalistas.
